Can I ask more than the number of questions included in my reading?” 

No. Each reading is priced for the number of questions listed in the product description. If you include extra questions, follow-up questions, or multiple sub-questions, those will be treated as additional scope and may require an extra charge or a separate reading.
To keep your session focused and fair to all clients, please submit only the number of questions included in your booking. If your inquiry has several layers, I may ask you to narrow it down before starting, or I may recommend an add-on reading.
What counts as an extra question?
Anything that requires a separate answer is considered an extra question, including:
• Follow-up questions.
• “And also” questions.
• Sub-questions inside one main question.
• Multiple scenarios or people in one question.
• Questions that branch into several topics.
If you’re unsure whether your question fits, it’s best to keep it simple and direct.

"Why haven't you replied to my DM on Instagram/YouTube?"

I do not conduct business on social media. (I ONLY have YouTube) Those platforms are for collective energy and entertainment. For order support or professional inquiries, use the Contact form on this website. This ensures your message is seen and handled professionally.

"The reading told me something I didn't want to hear. Can I get a refund?"

No. You are paying for my objective, blunt interpretation of the cards—not a script that follows your desires. If the cards show a challenge or a "no," that is the truth of the current energy. My policy is strictly no refunds based on the content of the message.

"Can you tell me exactly when [X] will happen?"

Tarot deals with probability and energy, not fixed dates. While I can give approximations, time is fluid in the simulation and is influenced by your free will. If you want a timestamp, I highly suggest consulting a professional astrologer.

"Can I pay extra to get my reading in 2 hours?"

I do not offer "rush" services. To maintain the quality of my work, I process readings in the order they are received. Recording and uploading high-definition videos is a labor-intensive process that cannot be bypassed for a fee.

"I’m going through a hard time—can you just give me a hint for free?"

While I empathize with your situation, I am a professional consultant, not a crisis center. I provide thousands of hours of free content on my YouTube channel for those who cannot afford a private session. Private work is a high-level energy exchange that requires payment.

"What happens if I forget to send my information?"
